Angkor Photo Workshops

Happening alongside the festival is the annual free Angkor Photo Workshops. This year, we have with us 31 young photographers – specially selected based on their portfolios – from 17 Asian countries.

A big thank you to Roland Neveu, coordinator of the workshop, and the tutors – Andrea Star Reese, Antoine d’Agata, Olivier Nilsson, Patrick de Noirmont. Ying Ang, whose work was projected on the opening day’s slideshow, is also assisting the tutors this year.

The work produced from the workshop will be shown on the last day of the festival – the photographer whose work is selected for Best Reportage will win a Canon Legria FS200E video camera and a Canon IXUS 300.
